Bad experience and app does not work properly and when I accepted booking and navigate to pick up customer and when I arrived to customer location found booking was cancelled and when I asked the customer he said he did not canceled even he showed me on his Kawar customer application and still shows I'm on booing as a driver and then I start the trip as street pick up and took the customer to his destination. Karwa need to work hard on fixing the application and they should have on Apple store.

Start trip is always there infront. By some mistake it is started. Once or twice a day. And if forgotten then the trip ends in what price u cant imagine. Today i had to end trip at 31 riyal without nothing. This start should must change. Anyway no street pick up are likely to ride on meeter.

The app worked for few days and then failed. It keeps blinking at all times, I can't login. I have to go to office several times to have it fixed. This is a complete waste of time. You should have an online support system to handle issues like this.
