I've tried so many apps to create custom workouts and this one is the only one that has everything I wanted. A good variety of exercises for all muscle groups. Clear instructions and pictures that help you learn to do the exercises in proper form. A seamless workout mode with automatic timers. Highly recommend if you like to design your own workout routines and need a workout mode to guide you through them like me.

I used the paid version and it works only for tracking weight instead of writing it down on paper. - after you set up your schedule during initial set up there is no way to change it - application's suggestions are hardcoded and dont make any sense. Like it is saying to watch feet posture when you are not even staying - for excersises when only 1 leg/arm is used it tracks progress on 1 leg/arm and ends excersise not giving you a chance to do the other side Overall very poor functionality

Messed up all previous data when updating. Awful started to charge and locked me out with no warning. The favourites bit still has bugs and deselects items all the time and they don't respond to emails trying to help fix it.
