The functionality of the app are so poor that one could barely find something. On the top of it if you already have an Reserved account and you place an order, the app doesn't sincronize with it. Be prepared to receive order confirmation in your mail but not in the app, or delivery notification in your mail, but still no such information in the app... Is that all your developers can, bad bad

I install the app and then when I try to open it, I receive an error message and it never works. It has been several times in the past 4 weeks that I tried without success.

I have no other option than to change my initial 5*review. I received a push notification in the app saying I have received an email with a 20% discount code, twice!!, and the email never arrived. I do receive other emails from Reserved, I checked Spam folder, nothing. I contacted the RO support team and they said they can't help me. It's super frustrating to want to use the code and to not have the possibility due to a technical issue most probably. The discount area in the app is always blank.
