Great app and great service! I do wish that the program offered RFID cards like it used to, but the new bikes have been great. Still some work to do on availability- I frequently have to walk to the 3rd closest station or choose to take alternative transit when there's no bikes available, hopefully we'll see better rebalancing and more bikes added to the network soon

if you pay for 1 year, they say $12... but it's just the tip of the iceberg.... it has a lot of hidden fees.... my son and I rode 2 of them for 39 minutes and they charged us $21 .... it's not convenient.... this was my first time and will be the last....

Charged me 3x, said it didn't go through. Same thing on my friend's phone. She has an iPhone and I have an Android. I was able to rent a bike but my friend wasn't so we had to cancel. Doesn't take debit cards. The app is absolute garbage.
