Add an option to your app that let the user pick a specific date to review. An option to input the year, months and date, not the current one that needs to scroll back. Whenever the camera goes offline and the current date messed up, you have to scroll decades back to default year 1970 by months!!! FIX IT

The app and the camera are wonderful except for one issue. I cannot control the night vision mode, it's automatic. Sometimes the normal vision can work just fine in low light, but the night vision kicks in and the grey makes it hard to tell anything apart. Kindly include an option to enable or disable night vision in the settings. Also, if the motion alert could be set to be relayed on my phone and/or CCTV, that would be great. Thanks

I guess the app is okay overall, but I'm giving it 2 stars because of a really annoying issue. Every time I reopen the app, especially after a day or so, it says "Identity expired! Please log in." It's frustrating to constantly have to log in again and again just to use the app. This kind of experience makes it feel unreliable and inconvenient. Please fix this, it seriously affects the usability.

Hi, V380 account does not support remote login, only one mobile phone can log in to the account at the same time. If mobile phone A logs in to the V380 account and phone B logs in to the account again,phone A will log out and the APP will prompt "Identity expired, please login!". More technical support please email v380technical@gmail.com .

2. Optimized the real-time preview interface interaction for triple-view devices. In Picture-in-Picture mode, small windows can be freely dragged.
3. Improved the user experience for 4G devices.
