The app is fine to use. You have to frequently log back in which makes it cumbersome. The air filters are unreliable. We bought 3 units less than three years ago. One is dead, one is very noisy and the third has connectivity issues. I would not buy from this brand again.

One of my Milas just gets louder and louder. I assume a bearing is shot. And the app is really buggy sometimes. It still has random TVOC spikes every single day for no reason.

The app does not work, nothing but a white screen. The whole point of mila is to utilize all the features. With the app not working, it's just overpriced, loud, and don't get me started with the customer service, terrible, to say the least. There is no way to get a hold of them. I have sent over a dozen emails and set an appointment they never called and missed.
