Amazing! Only exercising app and program that I've tried that has me showing up consistently, that has a workout for every mood and ability. It has also helped me shift my mindset around exercise and seeing it as joyful and not a chore or a punishment. It provides hard stuff, but also gentle movement and short sweet workouts for those days that you don't feel like doing anything, but you can do 5 minutes and do something. Also makes me feel better with my body, which helps me take care of it.

Absolutely love this app, and it's focus on body positivity - encouraging a stronger, happy, healthier you, with good habits (rather than obsessions). I absolutely adore Camila and her content on other platforms, channeling through that positive energy, and reinforcing a happier view of self. The only reason I've given it four, and not five, is because the app sometimes glitches a bit on my end (minor, occasionally a bit slow etc). However, despite that, this is the only app I use!💕

Cam, for years now, has shown me first hand how to be kind to myself and my body, I hear her voice SO OFTEN when I start having those negative thoughts about how I look. I finally downloaded Mila, and what everyone is saying is 100% true- it's so unlike any other fitness app in the best way possible. The feature to choose my movement based on energy level is so helpful, it's something I was doing with other content unsuccessfully. Words cannot describe how much I adore Camilla and her guidance!
