turns out they were charging me a yearly rate and a weekly rate. sneaky. I would definitely watch out for that. update: I was paying weekly and was aware of it. I was able to export recordings without watermark on weekly. then one day, I couldn't And was prompted to update to yearly. which I did. assuming weekly would cancel because why would I pay for both? most apps will default to canceling the ladder subscription. if you upgrade. I will request a refund for the overlap.

We're sorry to hear that. You likely started a free trial for the annual plan and later subscribed to the weekly, which doesn't offer a trial. Asked me to rate while using prompter???!!!!!! WHY WHY WHY????? It is a teleprompter app that is good, can be controlled with another phone/tablet/etc.....BUT when your prompt to rate the product pops up while using the product, while recording IS THEE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!! You need to rewrite your app program so that NEVER happens while using the teleprompter!!!!!!!!!

Cant find away to put rolling script text next to my forward facing Pixel 8 Pro camera. It doesnt matter if I autorotate camera, the scrolling text is alway on the other end on the facing camera. The end results are the talking head looks like they are NOT looking at the the viewer but off to the side. The app works fine in Portrait mode but fails in the LANDSCAPE mode.
