The app is cool and convenient, but the only problem is that, when I make payment and input reference, for example (payment for box of Paper), the message I receive after the payment doesn't come with the reference I input. It appears as "Reference: ." This is how it appears when I use the app to make payment. But the short code works perfectly. I would be glad if the team will update the app on that side as soon as possible for those who like keeping records to track their payment activities.

The app is great and helps with verifying transactions quickly in Ghana. But the transaction times are wrong, it sets the current time for all transactions, instead of the exact time the transaction was created, this should be fixed Asap!!, the correct date and time of the transaction should be shown. Also what is it with disabling screenshot and screen recording? I think user should be allowed to enable or disable screenshot and screen recording the app via settings.

Can't even use the app in the first place, all I see is a dark screen after selecting my country. Apps launched with no tasting, very useless. Then you create the Momo agent without Cameroon amongst the countries available. Very poor from a big name. These are necessities and are supposed to be facilities to assist your POS to be able to manage their accounts easily, keep records and track their activities(transaction history) but you guys are careless about it. App last update: 2023, shameful
