Seattle Kraken

This app is seriously the worst. Frequent disconnects from Ticketmaster account, and now, not even able to see my tickets or transit passes even though it says it's connected. Customer service also lacking big time. Not sure how you can have 0 support on weekends for something like this.

This app is clunky at best, completely unusable at worse. I use it to take free public transportation to Storm games. If I can even get it to work, that's only after it crashes multiple times. (Also, why is it marketed to just be a Kraken app?) Tried to use it last weekend and it didn't even recognize that there was a game on the calendar. Great concept but poor execution.

Awful, I had hoped that a ticketmaster integration would improve the user experience but instead it makes me wish that they had just issued the tickets via ticketmaster, as bad as that experience is, at least it works. Uninstalling and reinstalling seems to be the way to fix the issues. Someone is certainly making a lot of money with the integration, but at the expense of the end user experience which is unintuitive and frustrating. Which creds should I expect to use? Ticketmaster? Another? Why?
