Order no 9619. Very bad service. I placed an order of total 6 items and 3 were unavailable, I was unhappy about it but I wanted the stuff so I replaced the items and then from those 3 replaced items, 2 items got cancled as those were unavailable. I wanted to cancel my whole order and I was constantly talking to the customer support but they didnt cancle my order. It got delivered but I refused to accept. Now waitimg for the refund. But it seems I am never gonna get my money back.

Good service, actually excellent but you sometimes don't get charged for the same amount you bought, I'd guess 30% of the time you need to get them to correct something, which they are good at correction but it's a hassle. The actual app is slow and lags especially when buying multiple of 1 item. Sometimes you can keep a filled basket other times not

when they don't have most items on your order, you can't cancel the order, and they still make you pay the same amount for the delivery of a single pack of mango, when you ordered half the store. of which you find out half an hour later, too, so the time is wasted, and you need to order again, from another store. very unfortunate experience multiple times, support stops answering to messages, too.
