I use it got the sock and camera. Works great and give good data about the sleep, heartbeat and oxygen in the blod. I'm just missing extra options to change the permissions of the shared device to other users. I would like to have the option to limit certain settings while sharing the camera for example.

I love some of the features of this app like alerting when baby I'd crying, having the audio play in the background (app closed), checking the room temperature as well as adding other users like grandparent's. My main problem is it frequently times out/doesn't load the live video when you need it. Baby is crying so my stress levels are already raised and to then have to wait and refresh until the live feed comes up is frustrating

the app is not good at all. they recently combined all products into one app and I will be going back to the original eufy baby app. they both take a while to load which is frustrating but it is way worse now.
