I always have problem with my orders whenever I use this app for online shopping, wrong items, late delivery, late notification from the branch specifically FTI Hypermaket branch. I use this app for convenience from queuing and travelling but what I get is an headache. The staff at FTI branch don't know how to communicate properly. Worst app ever. I will uninstall this.

UI has been improved, and ordering is actually easy. However, stock availability is not always updated, so expect that groceries you have ordered will not be complete. Delivery time is also not followed, so expect at least a 2 hour delay or if unlucky order will be sent out the following day. There is also no customer support available.

Been using this app for a while now. Interface and navigation are challenging, had a lot of bugs l, but it did the job. Yesterday instead of opening as normal it suddenly asked for me to log in, but kept giving me an error msg saying Account not Authorized. Did the password reset, went thru successfully, still the same error. VERY DIFFICULT to contact anyone from SM for help.
