Works okay if you pay the subscription rate which is too high for this service in my opinion, especially given that Samsung Health app is doing it for free. It also nags constantly about getting checkups. Moreover, with each update, the "free" features have are gradually eliminated. From a user standpoint, the interface is a little awkward and unintuitive, however the information they provide for each measurement is helpful and easy to understand.

I would give 0 if I could. The adds make it seem like a weight loss program with a cheap 3 month deal and money back guarantee. The reality is that if you went through an add, or live in the majority of the world's countries, the refund is null and void. There is no breakdown of the program before you are smashed with payment prompts for plans, fine if you can try it and get a refund if it's not for you, but completely predatory when it's not. ALSO CHARGED DOUBLE THE ADVERTISED PRICE.

there is no saying that after you pay they ask you to take various blood tests that may take a long while to complete. meaning you pay for the app but can't really use it. there is no calorie needs calculator. beside some FYI and lot of questioning you only really get alarm reminders for the sleep and fasting goals that you actually set personally. it's not even telling you which workout works, what and when to eat. the investment is completely useless. AI assistant is asking for money too
