I think that it gets 5 ratings because it's quick & simple and only takes me minutes to do each thing exercise and not a waste of time and you start to see results in a week or so as other apps you see it at 2 or 3 weeks

It's okay for beginners if you have absolutely no idea what to do. The app is very clear, easy and simple. Some exercises are good, others are way too easy and seem to be having zero effect on me. I also find some exercises wayyyy too slow, I could definitely go 2x faster, but sadly there is no option for that. Also a wider range of exercises would be nice, after 15-20 days I'd expect some new ones. Otherwise it's a good app but not sure it's enough if you want to get fit

Nice app with lots of variation for every day. but I want to add one thing in this app. the number of repetition can be changed here but the time duration is not changing... if we are doing more repetition the time duration also should change... pls consider.
