One of the biggest issues with the Patho app is that whenever I apply a promo code, riders refuse to accept the request. It feels like they deliberately avoid discounted rides, which makes the promo codes useless. On top of that, during emergencies, it’s already hard to find an available rider. The location search is also frustrating—it’s difficult to find the exact place on the Patho map

3 star for sending me to the destination.. but most of their vehicles are in bad quality. sometimes if you book a car prime,you might get a very normal /non ac car which is in very bad condition. another thing is the helmet quality of bikes. only 10% helmets are in good condition i swear...I Don't know why pathao isn’t working to solve this problem. And the last one is you can't see car/bike conditions before it arrive in front of you..so when it arrive,you can't cancel the ride

Pathao’s delivery service was fine, but forcing users to download the app for tracking is inconvenient. I ordered from another company, and Pathao was the delivery partner, but the tracking link only led me to their app. Many customers prefer using a website, and Pathao should offer that option. The app-only tracking is frustrating, and providing a web-based alternative would improve the overall experience. I hope Pathao reconsiders this policy.
