A week ago, the app started crashing as soon as I turned my toothbrush off when I finished brushing. It logged some sessions, but not all of them. I decided to uninstall the app and re-install it and it doesn't crash anymore, except now all my previous data is useless. I signed into my account and while my previous sessions do appear in the history tab, they all are listed as "unguided" which means they don't count for anything, and is especially frustrating given they were ALL guided sessions.

works great 60% of the time. guided mode will sometimes lock onto one zone of teeth when i've moved on elsewhere. Also seems to have an issue with pressure; at times i'll barely press the brush to teeth and it'll tell me to reduce pressure. edit: lately it'll do a whole session then save it as 0% coverage, 0 minutes spent brushing, even if 100% coverage and 2 minutes of brushing is done.

Updating a previous review to "1". The app has stopped working completely as of this month (Feb 2025). Doesn't connect, connects only intermittently, doesn't recognize location, timer doesn't work. This app has not been updated since 2024. I'll let that sink in. Back to Sonicare, this time permanently.
