Even one star is too much. I have a Phillips airfryer and the hope was that the device can be controlled remotely. It can't be. I get register the appliance in the app, but if I try to upload any cooking program - it ends with an error. After about 3 months owning the appliance, I didn't manage to. upload even ONE cooking program. At the same time, Phillips tells that the cooking programs in the app are a feature of the appliance! The device manual is also in the app and cannot be downloaded.

I am very happy with the device, but the phone app does not work properly at all. I tried it on two Android phones, 14 and 11. On both phones, every time you leave the app and re-open it, you have to clear the app data and sign in again so that the app can communicate with the device, otherwise it displays "connecting" indefinitely.

It does not work on so many levels. Using a auto cook program does not work. Sometimes using my own pre-sets i get error that im already editing a setting, so i cant do anything. the app is all around slow. Please write out the temp and time for auto cook programs so i at least can use it as a cook book and enter the temp and time manually
