What a complete waste of time. I just want to shave!! shaver keeps stopping after a few seconds, prompting me to look at the app, feel like I'm a hostage to the app. How am I expected to monitor my shaving on my phone while shaving? Do I need a phone mount on my bathroom mirror? - Dumb Idea !! Especially if you use the beard trimmer, as it doesn't register that fact and counts against your perfect movement score, making it pointless!

Broken, Non-functional app. I've reinstalled the app, logged out and back in, rebooted and re-paired Bluetooth numerous times and the app still is unable to syncing with the shaver for weeks at a time while saying it's connected and showing correct battery levels. I honestly don't know why I expected better from Philips. Also while it stayed broken, it started saying that thr last shave was in May 2025. It's current Match 2025. Absolute disappointment.

very useful app. They just need to improve the connection between the phone and the machine, because sometimes it's hard to make the connection between them
