I've been smoke-free for a year now. At the beginning, this definitely helped. I'd check the smoke-free timer often, and after a few months not wanting to reset it if I smoked became extra incentive to avoid cigarettes. Great app! UPDATE- 9 years, 4 months, and 3 weeks since my last cigarette. I rarely check the app anymore, but when I do I'm shocked at money saved and time regained. I've recommended it to many friends to quit smoking and it's helped them. Still wonderful, and still worth it

Hi Mike, congrats for over 9 years and 4 months! We're glad to see that the app is always there in the background recording the great progress you've made. We hope your friends find the app just as helpful, thanks for recommending us :)

Thanking this app for my cold turkey quit. I appreciate that I didn't have to resort to medicines that cause nightmares or risk behavioral changes this time. One awesome feature of many in the free version of this app is the ability to reset your quit date. I did so several times. Try, fail, success. Seeing in real time how my body is healing up has been satisfying and motivating. The creators of this app are making a real impact. I would suggest adding environmental impact to what is trackable.

I find this a great app and any support you can get to stop smoking and stay stopped is a bonus. I like the daily missions for both pre and post stopping smoking. The dashboard is great to show how your health is improving and the money you're saving. The only change I think would help is, if you're using nicotine patches, that you could add the strength and log your journey as you reduce those. Otherwise the app shows you as nicotine free, unless your using a form of replacement.
