It doesn't send notifications! The whole point of purchasing an app for these exercises is to REMIND myself to DO them. Otherwise, all the app does is count down 10 seconds per Rep, which I'm pretty sure nobody needs an app for. AND it cost £2.99! Waste of my time and money. I have done all troubleshooting to try to get notification reminders but it doesn't work. And lots of people are having this issue. Very disappointed.

This was recommended by my therapist, and on the whole, I'm enjoying using it and would have scored it higher. However, I have been asked to increase my repetitions from 10 to 12 and realise that I can't do this in the app. This, I think, is a fundamental and basic problem as one does not want to stay stagnant but improve their bladder muscle over time. Increasing the reps will allow for this. Developer, please update the app to allow one to choose how many reps they want/have to do. Thank you.

Hi Jacqui Our app was developed in consultation with Myra Robson who states "For some people, it is appropriate to do a higher number of repetitions than the range most commonly used but for others, with pelvic pain, a greater number of repetitions can aggravate the problem." Which is why this is not available. Kind regards Support

i purchased this app on my women's health physiotherapist's recommendation. can't believe I paid for it... i like the design of the first page. the other pages aren't good. the reminders disappear after a while which makes them useless. no option to edit entries once submitted. the percentage shown of completion of exercises is confusing. wouldn't buy again.
