EDIT Now only 1 star, as not only have the creators taken absolutely no notice, but it has gotten so much worse. The game is still okay, but unplayable and no longer worth my time. The game itself is great. Ads are not too intrusive, and it is fun to play. However, every few minutes the whole thing freezes, and I have to shut everything down before I can continue. After the third freeze in 5 minutes, I am thinking of uninstalling as it is making the game virtually unplayable.

I accidentally uninstalled the game when uninstalling another game and emailed their support three days ago with NO response. I paid for the game a couple of months ago, but when I try to play now it starts at lvl1 when I was on 530 or something. Plus I have ads now. It should not be this difficult as it's logged into Google Gaming as it pops up every time I start the game. If they're going to ignore BOTH of my emails then fine. It's a good game, but their support is pathetic.

I really like the game, but you need to fix the ads for boosts, etc. I just finished playing for about 30 minutes, and every time I tried to watch a video,all I got was a black screen with a grayish white circle in the middle. Edit: uninstalling due to very poor customer support due to I spend more time watching a blank screen than playing.
