What an underwhelming app. I downloaded this at an airport restaurant in Vegas and I never even got to the menu. The app just wanted my contact info and then took me to a page that did not have any other options. I just wanted to see the restaurant menu and after 10 minutes of adding contact info, it never offered me the option of seeing a menu. Not a user friendly app and not helpful in the restaurant. Deleted after 10 minutes and had to flag down a waiter.

The app works fine, and it is good to have discount at checkout at certain airports. However, the points based on purchase are not reflected even a month after the purchase - which means there is no way to progress on the tiers, and get higher discounts. This needs to be properly supported. Update : Received a response from Dufry, mentioning you can claim missing points online. However, this does not work as I can get up to the submission form, but the submission page is passive.

When adding items to the basket it confirms but nothing is in the basket. So frustrating. 6 months on; same problem. Please fix this app. It's now March 2024. This app is still so frustrating. I'm trying to shop but every time I start entering information it reboots. Please please fix this app. A other issue. You can. Only use the card once at the airport. Raised a complaint but was basically told to go away.
