App is frustrating. We have issues & can't get support. You keep emailing support which takes days to weeks IF they respond. Emergency or app issues don't matter there won't be any response. The app freezes and kicks you out the gps while driving so it's dangerous to keep trying to make it work. It doesn't always submit items so I've had to drive several hours in the dark back to homes to get scan unpaid for FREE. Long waits in sketchy places then can't cancel after wait time.

App is OK but keeps getting stuck on deliveries. Even after completing all deliveries it keeps saying "Your're driving 1 gig." Also after a recent update, push notifications now come across blank, with no text to tell you what they're for. But you're forced to update every time a new version is released. Should give us the option to wait since there are bugs.

I would like to give a 5-star rating. Doing deliveries in a bigger city, the app is great. Payment is even decent. The only problem I've found with this app is when you get into rural areas. So maybe the developers could add an offline feature that allows you to complete a delivery when you have no signal. Driver support is actually available if you call them
