The support to customers offered through the app is deplorable. There is no support, just a mix of AI and useless/disinterested staff with no desire to help their customers. I've been a Samsung user for over a decade (phones and TVs) and never needed support. The way they've teat me (and others with the same problem, having read similar feedback) means I've no problem finding another brand that would like my business.

I've been a loyal Samsung user for 15 years, but the inconsistent update rollouts have finally pushed me away. Unlike Apple .. which provides timely updates to all supported devices at once Samsung keeps users waiting depending on region and model. It's frustrating and feels unfair. After all these years I expected better. Sadly this is where I part ways with Samsung. Moving to Apple for a more reliable and unified experience.

Why take away a perfectly good thing? This latest update took away the charging "circle" & replaced it with a tiny charging update in the top right corner. Who made such a ridiculous decision & actually thought this was a good idea? Please bring back the charging circle. This makes it easy to see at-a-glance snd ensure the phone is charging. This feature is especially useful when using wireless chargers because the charging circle tells you the phone has been correctly placed & is charging.
