Very annoying, have to go to the bank each time I change my phone since Smart id would not let me transfer the thing. I don't get it, why don't just allow users to verify themselves via other means instead of going to the bank? Then there's biometric verification which does not even work... Myabe its just my passport?.. | Other than that it usually works. Not always thought- even with all the notifications turned on, battery saver turned off and etc. Smart id would not pop up when I need it.

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻the app says you will need Belgium software that will not work on a phone in the US certainly have no preference over one country to another. the author wanted to be sure that I words to feel inferior and lacking relative intelligence, as someone who spent their career in the US customer service support , the app is messy with poor design the designer felt it was priority to send a condescending response over positive support. don't waste your time. best wishes

Extremely inconvenient troublesome app. It won't allow even to pay for my mobile, requires bank customer id, personal id, then pin for the payment, then pin2 for signing the transaction! It cannot send push notification, I have to open it manually each time, when my bank online is open. It drives me crazy. I hate Smart id. Doesn't work abroad, terrible annoying app, good for nothing. Why would I need it if I have biometry?

Hello! If your bank account was blocked, then that means your internet banks (apps?) PIN-code was blocked, not Smart-ID - those are not related. Banks PIN and Smart-ID PIN are two different things. However, we still don't have a good overview what the issue is. Please write help.lt@smart-id.com and customer support will help solve the issue.
