True Key has some quirks like most apps do, but it is reliable for the most part. After you figure out how to use it, it is almost second nature. My 421 passwords are always correct, and it beats keeping up with the Google password manager. And yes, it is encrypted and runs on multiple platforms. I have realized that after three years, there's no reason to change. At least, for me, there isn't. Thanks, McAfee.

So I truly have enjoyed the app. A few days ago, somehow my account became locked. I initially was able to receive a password reset, but somehow the reset did not like or take my new master password. I tried again, and nothing; then I was no longer able to receive anything to the email the account is linked to. I tried restarting the master password, and the password word rest spins and sends nothing and becomes grey, and my screen goes black. Nothing works. Before this I loved the app.

this app has now made my life hell. I have used this without problems for years. Just tried to change my password the other day three times and would not recognize it. it kept saying this was not a trusted device. well,it's been a trusted device for the last five or six years I've been using it. contacted customer support. All they could do is wipe everything and start over. There goes all my passwords for years ,and now I can't get into anything and have to do everything over again. 👍
We're sorry to hear about your experience, Shannon. You can reset your Master Password only on a Trusted Device. A device is trusted only if you’ve added it as a Trusted Device to your True Key Profile. Please find more info here, www.mcafee.com/support/s/article/000001762. Thank you.
