Usually our team doesn't have any issues with Meetings, but we usually use the website. Today I used the app- it added me twice, even though I logged in once, & then proceeded to drop me. It didn't log me OUT, though. So every time this happened & I logged back in, there was another instance of me in the meeting. I couldn't remove the phantoms. After having 8 of me, I tried force stopping the app. When I logged back in, I had 2 of me again. Trying a reinstall.

Does not allow set up of pin via app. Also no technical support of any kind. Would be very helpful if the telephone number for technical support is listed. Also Would be great if you can turn on the pin from the app. Currently you can only change the pin from the app. You can't activate the pin from the spp

We use Dialpad for Bible Study and weekly service. I love all the enhanced features. The replay, video and audio options as well as the AI summary. Not an expensive alternative to Zoom or Skype and easy to use. Trying to reach a live person by phone can be challenging but once you are finally able to reach someone the staff is professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
