UniFi

Ubiquity is the quintessential equipment for all prosumer I.T. clients. Their software is second to none, and they don't charge licencing fees for their robust line of management solutions. If you want more granular control, their web interface is better, but their app is perfect for a general overview of how the system is operating.

Great, amazing single pane portal, however limited functions on mobile, would prefer full suite and been having issues with devices being read to be connected on a port it used to be on. The real biggest problem so far is suggesting a device is plugged in on a port that isn't correct!

All the instructions on the UniFi website tell you to "download the UniFi app and scan the QR code on the back of your device using the app". The problem is that the app doesn't have any facility to scan a QR code. The feature in the app to open a support ticket just hangs on a blank screen. So the device you've purchased is immediately a brick. Good luck!
