what can I say that's not been said if you read the comments, it's an awfully platform in regards to the app itself. AND YES I have contacted support, followed all instructions (Including not limited to factor resetting my actual TV). but still errors, can't remember where you left off, try to find your place gets you further errors.. hopefully my more shows will go to another streaming service so you can actually watch.

This app is one of the worst apps I've used. constantly closing down when in the middle of a programme, and that's if you've finally got something on. sometimes the programmes take so long to load we don't bother trying. Messaged them to only be told to uninstall & install, but it's exactly the same on both mobile and firestick. For an app that I'm paying for, it's shocking how bad it is.

so many errors. app constantly crashes i read other reviews from a year ago saying they have the same issue, then I see an update from the app saying they are working on the problem. I call major BS on that! I have had this app for 2 years and the problems have been so consistent and never solved. going to be looking for a new streaming app for my shows.
