Very poor online shopping, they cancel items that are already paid for without even informing you. The "contact us" option is clearly for decoration cause no matter your contact channel is( email or phone) you don't even get to send your inquiry or request for them to call you back as the send button is always inactive. So bottom line, they don't care about you, they don't want to hear from you. Just shop online and shut up! Extremely disappointed! 👎

It is just impossible to do any kind of shopping. It works for 2-3 minutes, then it gets stuck. You try to return back, to restart but it is just stuck. Three times that I've planned to place an order during a month, didn't happen and Im sure Im not the only unhappy client. It is better not to make an app if you don't know how to maintain it or to provide a decent work of it. You just spoil the company's name with your unprofessional work.

I had a very bad experience on Victoria's secret kuwait app. They canceled items without notifying me after I paid online and they didn't even get me the refund. Knowinv that the item they canceled was available in all sizes on the apps and stores. And when I tried to claim and send an email to customer service, a message popped up *opps something went wrong with the app*
