Bad experience. I used to be able to sync my Google fit app directly with telus health one for step challenges. Now I have to use a fitbit, which I cannot afford, or use health connect, which is refusing to sync with my Google fit app. All my steps are not being counted for the Step Challenge for my company. My team is missing out on my activity due to this utter nonsense with health connect! This change is denying Google fit users the ability to participate!!!!

The app is called TELUS but appears as ONE once installed. You can’t find it by its original name afterward, which makes it hard to locate if you don’t use it often.

Poor set up. Can't talk/ chat with anyone in a reasonable amount of time. Gate keepers are more interested in asking a ton of personal questions. Way to much personal information for a free work service. I don't want to provide that much information. No, not recommended!
