Allow access to heart rate after installing the watch face.
The shortcut does not open the Heart Rate app, but starts the measurement.
Tap the heart rate area to start measuring.
Make sure the watch screen is turned on and that you are wearing it correctly on your wrist when measuring your heart rate.

Lovely watchface with some excellent colour scheme/display optimisation choices. Basic but relevant info is there, plus the option to add 2 complications is a plus. Still playing with this face, but it does look very nice on my galaxy watch 4 classic. It's early days but the half day I've had with this face on my watch doesn't seem to have annoyed the battery all that much. Will gladly keep this in my library for repeated use.

So why can't the big round complications be edited? Who the hell wants a gigantic battery reading as the most-prominent data? (Regarding developer response below ... including "when" would be helpful!)

Nice customizable watch face... Might b good if have more switchable shortcut...
