This app does not work at all. Neither the video verification nor the selfie verification worked without problems, due to bugs within the fields. Afterwards I was asked to upload documents optional, but then it was obligatory. When I searched for my documents, the app reset the progress so that I should verify again. For like the 10th time. Not recommended. Took me over an hour for nothing.

Every single time I use this app there is another problem. Had to do VideoIdent twice because the WU system wasnt responding when the lady tried to validate. Then the screen always got stuck when submitting my application. That problem lasted for 10 days. Then when I tried to enter a referral code the system kept rejecting it. Now it will not show me my VISA card details. Incredible how many problems one app can have.

I cannot access my transfer history in the old app because it keeps redirecting me to this new one. Edit: after contacting the customer service I got help. Still 3 stars for charging the reciever in Lebanon other than claimed in the App. Second edit: thanks for making that clear. Still the problem of changing the currency I'm sending to another one costs me a fraction, then comes the 2% fee for securing currency notes that I'm not sending, this problem is on your side. 3 stars for that are fair.

Hello Hussein, please note that in line with the decree issued by the Central Bank of Lebanon, our Agents are required to pay transactions in USD only. They are applying a 2% fee on the principal paid out to the recipient to cover the cost of securing USD banknotes and being able to pay in USD in Lebanon. WU does not benefit from this 2% fee.
