Tried paying a bill. Wouldn't let me pay. Tried to pay again and the app will not take my monthly payment. Now they want the full amount. The only payment option was payment in full. Got harassed with multiple phone calls from many different states everyday for months. All said payment in full only. They wouldn't talk about their app failing and not taking payment.

Nothing happens when I tap next to reset my password and the login screen says "check network connectivity" when every other online app works fine. I got a notification about possibly changing my payment due date and the button to request the change was in the same position as the button to view the next notification. Now I can't find an option or speak to someone to cancel the change. Overall doing anything with Westlake's app or customer service has been massive headache.

They have many system issues within the app, and if you reach out to their support , good luck as they will barely do any basic troubleshooting before trying to close your ticket without resolution. Any information entered in the app for bill pay will not enable auto pay and you are forced to reach out repeatedly to try and get it working.
