Why fascia training?

Quick facts about fascia
Fascia connects all connective tissues (i.e. muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments & blood) & holds the whole body together. There are four different types of fascia (structural, intersectoral, visceral & spinal), but they are all connected. When fascia is healthy, it is flexible & pliable and your entire body and health can benefit from that.

I like the app and exercises provided. However, for some reason everytime I switch to this app's window, it turns off my music, even if it's not playing music itself. This is a workout-related app, surely I'd like to listen to my music while doing these exercises?? Also, don't get why the app doesn't allow offline use. I don't think the animation would take that much space on my phone. 2 simple fixes would change the experience of this app. Whoever designed this app, use it at home yourself!!!

Hi Farai We fixed it the music issue! :) So thank you a lot for your helpful input - it made the fix happen! With the newest APP version (2.0.17) you can exercise and listen to music the same time. Really good app for training. Just u can't use it off-line nor u save a training for later (before u start it: u can save it just after ur done with it which makes it not really practical to plan trainings) Also while doing the workout it takes few seconds before switching to the next exercise. Can be improved💪

Can't use the advertised companion app for a product I already bought without handing over a lot of personal data. This was neither disclosed on the product package, nor in the brochure inside. Edit: Devs, this in your privacy terms: Name, gender, address, phone number, Workout data, in particular, information on the type, date/time, and duration of your workout using the App. If you don't actually collect those, get your legal team to change the terms.

Hallo Niko, für die Verwendung der App musst du keine persönliche Angaben hinterlegen, lediglich Land und Sprache auswählen, damit du die App in der richtigen Version nutzen kannst. Wir wollen den BLACKROLL® Nutzern damit einen Mehrwert bieten, sich aktiv mit Hilfe von Trainingsplänen u Regenerationsübungen individuell fit zu halten. Viele Grüße
