Everyone was having tech issues so naturally I relaunched the app. Now it's asking me to sign in with email when I didn't have an email attached (woozen account because I was waiting for my old account to finish the 30 day deletion process) so now I lost all my progress because I can't even contact customer support without needing an email address that has an account attatched. Very unhappy.

The only place where there could be ads is by wining Wooz from Watching ads via your main menu. Please check your device for issue and stay safe!

Love it from the bottom of my heart & have for about 12-13 years! It's just it closes out when I'm playing. On ios and android. I have maybe like 10-15 minutes not even and my app closes. Really annoying. I also think we should go back to using wooz for Grabz. Not everyone can buy tokens but we can play games and watch videos for wooz. There's still kids on this game who can't enjoy it because its all about the money. People who can't afford it deserve it too.

The game was nice. There are so many things to do plus newly added events are quite exciting. The reasons I gave it 2 stars is because of the notification prompt that always shows I got disconnected even tho it's excellent. Then there are these untransferable items. I hope you could make it possible at least as a perk for VIPs so our purchases wouldn't be in vain.
