everytime I try to get on a Duo with a friend, it takes a long while, but both of our wifi connection is alright. when she sends me a link to go on a Duo call, it takes me straight to the monkey app website so I could log in AGAIN when I'm already logged into the app and when I do so, IT LOGS ME OUT THE APP and I'm logged in onto the website. I find it a big annoying issue.

hey so I personally would have given it a five star but I just can't considering they never get back to you when you're trying to use the support, and well due to this I've been losing out on my subscription that I bought and I even told them that and they haven't bothered to do anything about it, keeps charging me to talk to a specific gender, and if it doesn't, it makes it timed or I have to spend 160 coins for just one minute which is the equivalent to about 5 to 10 bucks a minute=600an hour.

Can't Ever Get On! Why is it I can't use my number or email to even get on? As soon as I try to connect my Google account it says 'Connect failed, please check your internet connection' whether I'm on my wifi, someone else's, no wifi etc I can never ever get on?! Yet my friend can. Tried doing it with my phone number and says number isn't registered, yet there's no "register" button anywhere!
