The price fluctuates every 10 seconds, and the initial price displayed is misleading—it’s just a bait. Moreover, completing the booking process was frustrating and time-consuming. It took us three attempts and several hours in total. First, the SEPA payment option didn’t work. Then, we tried using a credit card, but that also failed. Finally, we succeeded with PayPal. However, each time we reached the final step, the website would freeze, forcing us to restart the process. Every time we had to.

Hallo, danke für dein Feedback. Wir sind ständig bemüht, den besten Service zu bieten. Preisänderungen ergeben sich u.a. durch hohe Nachfrage nach begrenzten Angeboten. Kurzfristig können so große Preissprünge entstehen, da die Reiseveranstalter ihre Ressourcen selbstständig steuern. Viele Grüße - app_android@check24.de

I am very disappointed with your app and current offerings. I used to get everything through you, but unfortunately, lately, there's no more freedom in choosing phones with contract like before. It seems like you've created a monopoly with only 3 manufacturers, and even worse, you can only choose from 3 models among those 3 manufacturers. In the beginning, app was better, simpler, and with more choices, which is why I initially chose your service.

It doesn't support the English language, which is a bit disappointing while so many expats and internationals are living in Germany.. Answer to CHECK24 feedback: Thanks for the feedback. Yes, contracts are in German, but the least you can do is to make the interface of your app support English.

Unfortunately, the contract documents and tariff descriptions from most of our providers are in German and cannot be translated easily within the app. Please go to our mobile website m.check24.de and use the translation function in the menu of your browser.
