the website got hacked m any times. i contacted the CS, but they didn't seem to care much. i will try the app, maybe safer.

Very slow. Hard to use it. Jups out of searches. Before descriptions of products were better with compatible products, now it's gone too. Barely have patience with it.

I'm rating the App, not the store. The App is terrible, rather shop on a browser. Primor is good for cosmetics, so far I haven't had issues and I've been ordering from them for over a year. Their pricing on certain 'The Ordinary' products jumped up a lot recently, now they're more expensive than other stores.
