Please DO NOT discontinue your Internet Banking service!!! This app severally lacks of useful features, especially for checking your portfolio. Some inconvenience that I've encountered: (1) you can't retrieve list of transactions of your portfolio; (2) you can't create a new payee without committing a transfer.

The app has insufficient menus/settings. its like this is a basic version only used to transfer and check balance. and there is no internet banking using a computer, hsbc only has this app to access my bank account.

Huge improvements in the UX department, nice job. One major concern and red flag about the security: once you're logged in, you can freely add payees and execute transactions without being asked for password or PIN. This in my view is quite a major risk. Would be great to prompt users for password/PIN/biometric information before modifying any data and executing transactions.
