used to have this app, but it worked well so I lost weight and I toned my bum really well (it was rock solid and I could crack eggs with my glutes). admittedly I went against their advice and literally did every level every day (day1 was beginner, intermediate and advanced, day 2 etc.) and I was utilising other apps at the same time, but there us no doubt it worked. recently reinstalled because I put on weight and want to ride horses, so I am getting back into it. sensibly this time.

The ranking system isn't accurate, my position keeps being shifted in the wrong place. Its a little bit discouraging but, realistically it doesn't bother me that much. The exercises could be more challenging. The app could use a bit of a remake with the exercises but, at the end of the day the app is still very good.

it's a really good app even though I only starter two days ago but I like the fact that it also reminds you to drink water and it counts the perfect timing even during busy times since I'm always busy
