Experiences have been okay. However, when a ride ends, the tip screen dissappears when you rate the ride, skipping the tipping process entirely. I have unknowingly neglected to tip because the app moves onto the next screen without giving me a chance to tip. Please look into fixing this because i hate not tipping after a ride, especially unknowingly.

It keeps changing the price I pay on any rides that I don't use "Wait and Save" quoted a ride at 14.39 and once I got to my destination and then it came to 17 dollars. that's a big difference. The biggest issue I have is it's impossible to contact lyft and get assistance on this! I'm close to deleting the app. There is no number or email to contact and the app keeps telling me there is nothing wrong with my rides but there's no way for me to tell them what's wrong!!!!! Uber from now on I guess.

My driver was a few minutes away from picking me up but the got stuck in a traffic choke point around my house. So it would take them a few more minutes. This app automatically swapped me to another driver who was 12 minutes away and had to take the same route through the same choke point. Honestly annoying and wasting my time. This app choosing a route that goes through 5 stop lights before going to into the freeway instead of one stop light into the freeway is a reason to swap back to uber.
