Good for buying packages, but topping up is a mess. It often takes hours, trying different payment methods, and then waiting for other payment methods to become unlocked. In particular, Google Pay in this app always thinks I'm not signed in.

It's nightmare, balance is incorrect, different from the one shown on the website. Also money are disappearing without any information where and why. In amount higher than my recurring payment, while the card wasn't used at all. Scam.

when I am out of Data for internet, I need to find a WiFi to be able to use the application to refill my Data. It would be nice if the app would work enough to allow you to refill at least
