DO NOT PURCHASE, IT IS A SCAM. Offered a lifetime pro membership, purchased. App says I need an account to keep it. Attempt sign up via the one-touch button, popup says "invalid data or preferences". Attempt "sign up with email" link, popup says "error creating user, user already exists". Attempt login, popup says "wrong email or password". Attempt password recovery, re-enter email/pword, popup says "invalid data or preferences". Now pursuing refund. Why learn coding from app with broken code?

I have paid to upgrade to Pro through my mobile money. The money has been deducted from my account, an order sent to my email only to be told that there is a problem connecting with my account. I am still asked to upgrade, I can't understand. How do I contact the customer service to provide the proof of what I am saying and get it corrected? I stand to correct my rating once the issue is fixed. Thanks

Edit: someone ran into this issue before, and they suggested him or get to log out and log back. I tried that and it works. But still, their app having this issue makes me distrust their skills. I paid for pro, but I can't access materials. They did show that I had pro access for the first 2 days, but for some reasons, they lost my access and keep asking me to get upgrade today. This is frustrating since I paid. Contents are ok so far, I like how they have organized materials.
