I would definitely give the app a 5 star rating, but the app is kind of picking when it comes to buying the exercise programs individually. I had to maneuver around a bit to figure out how to start my program without a subscription. The customer service team is awesome in helping with it though. Also, if there is a timed exercise, I wish there was an option to play the next set automatically, with a pause option available of course. This would help the flow and form for the next exercise.

I used to love working out with Linns programs on the Fit plan app and wanted to support her directly on this app. But the user experience is just horrible. Videos don't auto play, I have to pay attention to my phone every minute to go to the next exercise, the plan doesn't capture the workouts I complete. It's just awful. Linn, if you'd like to have some direct user feedback for your developers, please let me know how to send detailed feedback

I wanted to like the app, but ultimately I did not find it user-friendly. On top of that, trying to cancel your subscription is difficult. I would recommend reaching out to the support team for assistance and to verify your subscription is canceled. I was incorrectly charged, however the support team did resolve the issue after I reached out.
